One of the co-founders of Ginger Rubio, Wendy has been doing hair in San Francisco for 17 years and still loves it.  She loves cutting and color and her clientele is sexy and sophisticated.  Wendy thinks there is nothing better than having someone come in with dull, deprived hair and leave with shiny flowing locks looking and feeling great!
